1. Order Placement & Confirmation
All online pre-orders placed through Burger Bliss go straight to our kitchen for confirmation. Your order is officially accepted once our team confirms your order details and delivery address.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on our menu are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.) and include applicable local service taxes. We reserve the right to modify menu prices or daily deal promotions without prior notice.
3. Operating Hours & Stock Availability
Our online pre-ordering operates daily from 12:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Item availability is subject to daily fresh ingredients. If an ordered item is out of stock, our team will contact you to offer a substitute or adjustment.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge before food preparation begins by contacting our kitchen on WhatsApp at 0326-9978629. Once cooking has started, cancellations cannot be processed.
5. Dietary Allergies & Special Instructions
Customers are responsible for specifying any severe food allergies (nuts, dairy, gluten, spices) in the special order notes when submitting their pre-order.
6. Platform Architecture & Intellectual Property
The Burger Bliss web application, digital ordering platform, and cloud database architecture were engineered and developed by Muhammad Haris Afridi (https://harisyar-ai.github.io/harisyar-ai/). All technical infrastructure and platform source code rights are reserved.
